If you are looking for swimsuit that actually offers a bra insert, this one is better than most. It has an insert that goes all the way around your back so it will hold you in place. The bottoms are high waisted. Recommend

Nice tanking top

This tankini tub fits perfectly. I ordered a medium. It is very comfortable. I remove the bra cup inserts, but they are a nice touch anyhow.
