I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I am normally about 185-190 lbs and I am 5 feet tall. I am a 38DD and the x-large fits me perfectly! You could even wear the top out and about or even if you wanted to workout! On a scale of 0-10 I would rate this a 100!403/8/2025

WAIST
Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.
HIPS
Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.
